1. The service

mAI Loyalty is a loyalty-programme platform that lets partner stores offer points, digital membership cards, offers and perks to their customers. The service is provided through a mobile app, a website and digital cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

The service is provided by «RETAIL MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS ΜΙΚΕ» (Single-Member P.C.), with registered offices at Grammou 73, 15124 Marousi, Greece, Tax ID (ΑΦΜ) 801291892 and General Commercial Registry (ΓΕΜΗ) no. 153674701000 (hereinafter "we" or "the platform").

2. Membership registration

Registration requires a valid email address or mobile phone number, verified with a one-time passcode (OTP). By registering you declare that the details you provide are true and that you are over 16 years of age.

3. Points and perks

• Points are awarded by partner stores based on your purchases and the applicable rules of each programme.
• Points are not money, are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable beyond the capabilities the platform provides.
• Each store defines its own terms for awarding, redeeming and expiring points, as well as any signup gifts.
• In cases of abuse, fraud or transaction reversal, the corresponding points may be cancelled.

4. User obligations

Using the service in a way that violates the law, the rights of third parties or the proper operation of the platform is prohibited, including creating false accounts to obtain perks.

5. Availability and changes

We make every reasonable effort to keep the service continuously available, without guaranteeing it. We reserve the right to modify the service and these terms; material changes will be announced through the app or by email.

6. Liability

The platform acts as an intermediary between stores and customers for the loyalty programme. Responsibility for the products, the services and the fulfilment of perks lies with the respective store.

7. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
